Terms of Service

By accessing or using the BiloHub platform ("Service") operated by Afrensics Limited ("Afrensics", "Company", "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, and contributors.

BiloHub is a cloud-based business operating system that provides CRM, marketing automation, AI tools, payment processing, and related business management features. The platform is provided on a subscription basis via the internet. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

To use BiloHub, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at info@aedisecurity.com You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts created on behalf of a business must be authorized by that business.

BiloHub is available on monthly subscription plans as detailed on our Pricing page. By subscribing: • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date • No refunds are issued for partial months of service • We accept M-Pesa, major credit/debit cards, and other methods via PayStack • Prices are listed in KES and may be subject to applicable taxes We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price changes.

You agree not to use BiloHub to: • Violate any applicable Kenyan or international law • Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or fraudulent communications • Harass, abuse, or harm any individual or organization • Upload malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems • Collect or harvest user data without consent • Engage in any activity that disrupts or overloads our infrastructure Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

The BiloHub platform, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Afrensics and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our written permission. Our name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

You own your data. The content, contacts, and data you input into BiloHub remain your property at all times. We will not access, use, or share your data except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law. Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

We aim for 99.9% platform uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Scale plan customers receive a formal SLA. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Afrensics shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, revenue, or data • Business interruption or loss of business opportunity Our total liability to you in any calendar year shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Afrensics in that year.

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time: • You may cancel your subscription from your account settings • We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms • Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease at the end of the current billing period • Data export requests must be made within 30 days of termination

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya. For dispute resolution, we encourage good-faith negotiation as a first step.
